The Fine Art of Insomnia!
I'm a digital artist and photographer, living and working in South Texas.
When creating my artwork, I primarily use computer, printer, and/or camera, instead of canvas, paint, and brush. I'm inspired by color, intrigued by the unexpected, and am always in hot pursuit of the elusive "Wow!" factor, in both my life and work.
After years of pursuing traditional photography, while holding a full-time corporate job, health issues inspired me to leave office space behind, in favor of the creatively gratifying, 24/7 life of 'working artist'.
In the time since, my natural curiosity and general geekiness -- plus sound computer skills -- have enticed me further and further into the ever-expanding world of digital art, which has become the primary focus of my work.
Thanks, in part, to the boundless marketing potential of the Internet, my art is in collections on several continents, having found homes in many far-flung locations over the years. (New Zealand being the most distant, Penzance being the most unexpected.)
I hope you enjoy visiting this site, and decide to share your own living and work spaces with my digital art and photography.
Part serious technology geek, part exuberantly creative insomniac. Welcome to my world!
